Test Centre Partners

1. As an additional COVID safety precaution we are implementing mandatory temperature checks for all staff and candidates at Prometric only.

2. Our centres are thoroughly cleaned several times a day, including before we open, in-between each test taker and at end of the day.

This includes:

• All common areas
• Test stations
• Writing surfaces
• Pens and locker keys
• Storage lockers

3. All test centre staff are required to:-

• Wear masks at all times
• Wash their hands before they start their shifts
• Sanitize their hands frequently while checking candidates and when handling documents
• Wear gloves when appropriate
• Maintain the recommended physical distance at all times

4. Candidates are required to:-

• Wash their hands before they enter the centre
• Wear a mask at all times
• Sanitize their hands before they enter the computer area and during their breaks
• Maintain the recommended physical distance at all times
