Can I get a refund?
As per our policy, all TCF bookings are final. There are strictly no refunds. If you decide not to take your exam or cannot take your exam, you forfeit your TCF fee of $410. This policy applies to all candidates regardless of their personal circumstances.
Can I cancel my registration?
You cannot cancel your TCF registration.
Can I reschedule my exam date?
You cannot reschedule your exam to a different date.
Can I transfer my registration to my spouse
You cannot transfer your exam registration to another person.
Is there a waiting list?
There is no waiting list.
When will you release TCF dates for each month?
TCF dates are released in the middle of each month.
How many sessions do you offer each month?
We offer five sessions each month.
What days and times of the week do you offer these sessions?
Sessions are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:00 a.m., with some evening sessions at 5:00 p.m.
Can I book my TCF exam over the phone or in person
No. All TCF registrations must be completed online by visiting our website.
Is parking available at your centre?
We do not offer parking. Street parking is available on Melville Street and Bute Street.
Do you offer a French keyboard?
No. We provide an English keyboard. Instructions will be provided on exam day on how to use accents.
When will I receive my convocation?
You will receive your convocation four days before your exam date.
Do you provide lockers?
Yes. We provide a locker with a key where you can store your personal belongings, including electronics such as phones and laptops.
Do you provide noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs?
Yes. We provide them for your use.
Can I bring my own headphones or earplugs?
You can bring your own soft earplugs, but headphones are not permitted.
Can I book your proctoring service to register for the TCF exam?
No. Our proctoring service is only for candidates taking online/distance-learning courses. All TCF exams must be booked online, and the fee is $410.
Can I talk to someone regarding the TCF exam?

Can I use my TCF for immigration purposes?
