We maintain strict health and safety standards to ensure a clean and comfortable testing environment for your high-stakes exams. If your college, university, institution, or examining body has advised you to arrange for a testing facility and a proctor, please book your proctored exam with us online. For all other exams, please contact your specific exam provider.
If you are unsure or having difficulties with the booking form, please email testcentre@ashtontesting.ca or call 604 628 5783 and we’d be happy to answer your questions. If you wish to book proctoring services, please submit a proctor information form to your institute or instructor for approval.
We charge a flat fee of $65.00 for exams that are one to three hours in length and $15 for every additional hour. Ashton Testing Services only accepts credit cards for payments. All examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Need to reschedule your proctored exam? You can change your original booking for a fee of $20 CAD. Please note that you must book a new date that falls within one month of your original exam date. For example, if your original booking date is June 15th, then your date change is valid for any day between June 15th and July 15th only. Outside of that period, the original booking would not be valid and you would have to pay $65 to create a new booking. The date change for $20 can be made only once. Once you have completed your order online, please email testcentre@ashtontesting.ca or phone (604) 628-5783 as soon as possible to schedule your new exam date.
